April 9, 2008As a lot of probably already know, the trio that turned the former B-lister superhero, Iron Fist, into one of today’s most beloved and popular characters is leaving the book after Immortal Iron Fist #16. Furthermore, a whole lot of us probably also know that some dudes Duane Swiercynski and Travel Foreman will take the helm of Iron Fist as writer and artist, respectively. I haven’t even heard of Swiercynski before. How does one even pronounce that?!
I have loved Immortal Iron Fist from the very start of their run. Bru’s run on Daredevil made me his bitch. Matt’s run here made me his bitch. Aja’s work on Iron Fist can easily be qualified as some of my favorite panels in my entire history of being a geek..
