The Christmas Plan
December 14, 2009The auction for the animation cells will run until Friday, Dec. 18, 2009. If you’re not aware of it yet, let me enlighten thee. See, Christmas has always been a time of excesses, which quite honestly, I find quite troublesome. I am disturbed by the fact that seeing people spend large amounts of money on food and gifts, celebrating a pagan-originated Christian holiday, while the poor go on hungry, barely bothers me.
I am not a rich man, but I can afford quite a few luxuries here and there. The poor people I see on the streets can’t even afford a Christmas meal. I’m getting fat while they treat Christmas as just another night that passes by. I figured, this year, instead of giving away the animation cells, I would auction them off and feed a few street kids and families this Christmas.
So far, the bids are:
P1500 for Spidey and the Spidey suit in the garbage can (Peter Juan)
P500 for Spider-Man VS Vulture (Joel Ramos)
